In the what-were-they-thinking department, Kings of Leon are trying to recruit fans with “physical deformities” for their upcoming music video. Last week, the Tennessee-based band sent out a request for fans to take part in a two-day shoot set in a bar in New England. The original advertisement has been taken down from the net but reports say that they were looking for “characters with scars, pockmarked skin, physical abnormalities or deformities.”
Even more unbelievable is that fans would be paid $300 a day if they embodied magic words like “”unattractive,” “rough around the edges,” “a little slow” or “the typical Ozzfest attendee.” (Okay, we made that last one up.)

Point being, with the amount of cash these boys are pulling in these days, you think they could afford some makeup. Apparently not.
